Refund policy

Returns/Refunds are only given to orders that are defective, If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a Return. Returns are only accepted if item is not as described on the product description or defective at the moment of arrival.

Exchange are allowed, under the conditions, that the merchandise must be in the same condition it was received upon arrival.

Earrings / Body Piercings / Watches  are non-returnable items
